The annual Tri-City Dragway Car Show is an event that attracts hundreds of classic/show vehicles and thousands of attendees from across the State of Michigan & beyond. We invite you to join us as a valued sponsor of a show that continues to grow significantly in scale and community impact.


Tri-City Dragway Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving and revitalizing the historic Tri-City Dragway in Saginaw, Michigan. Originally a beloved destination for racing enthusiasts from the 1960s until its closure in 1978, the dragway is now undergoing restoration to honor its history while transforming the property into a hub for community events and automotive culture. Your sponsorship not only helps make our annual event possible, but also directly supports the restoration and preservation of this historic Saginaw landmark.

Additional Information

Includes logo placement on the Tri-City Dragway website, with a direct link to your company’s website. Sponsor logos remain active for the full year, through the announcement of the following year’s event. Over the past year, the Tri-City Dragway website has received more than 20,000 page views, providing consistent visibility to a broad audience.


Sponsors will receive verbal recognition from throughout the car show, providing live acknowledgment in front of approximately 5,000 attendees, with more than 700 show cars expected on-site.


Sponsor logos will be displayed on the sponsorship banner, which is positioned in front of the tower—one of the most photographed areas of the event and a frequent backdrop for photos shared online. Logo sizing is dependent on overall banner design; historically, logos have measured approximately 1.5 feet tall by 2.5 feet wide, depending on logo shape and layout.


Sponsors may set up a promotional booth during the event. Booth spaces have typically been 10×10, though larger setups (such as 10×20) may be accommodated depending on space availability and sponsor needs. Booth size and layout will be coordinated in advance.


Tables, tents, and other display materials are not provided. Booth access allows sponsors to promote their company, engage with attendees, distribute giveaways, and sell their own products. The sale of Tri-City Dragway–branded merchandise is not permitted without prior approval.


Sponsors will be included in scheduled email promotions distributed to all registered show participants, as well as individuals who join our mailing list following the event. A total of four planned promotional emails are sent throughout the event cycle: one at the opening of registrations (approximately 500 recipients), two pre-event emails (500+ recipients each), and one post-event follow-up email sent to 1,000+ recipients, depending on event turnout


Sponsor logos will be featured on the back of the Tri-City Dragway Car Show T-shirts. Approximately 500 shirts are produced in total, including volunteer shirts and those sold to attendees.


Sponsor logos will be included on the official event flyer, with a minimum of 1,500 printed copies produced. Flyers are distributed at car shows and automotive events throughout the State of Michigan and are also made available on the Tri-City Dragway website for individual printing.


Sponsors will be featured in the official event program, which is distributed to each vehicle entering the property—approximately 1,500 programs total. Sportsman-level sponsors are listed within the program, while Pro Mod and Top Fuel sponsors have the opportunity to include a short custom advertisement. The program also features a detailed event map highlighting key areas and booth locations.


Social media recognition is tiered based on sponsorship level. Pro stock and Sportsman sponsors are listed in the Facebook event description and receive a dedicated sponsor-thank-you post that includes a direct link to their company website. Pro Mod sponsors receive all previous benefits, plus an additional featured post.


Top Fuel sponsors receive all previous benefits, along with a custom, collaborative social media feature developed with the sponsor. 


On average, our individual posts reach 6,000+ people, and during the six months leading up to the event—through the days immediately following—the Tri-City Dragway Facebook page generates 700,000+ total views.


Event passes are provided based on sponsorship tier, as outlined in the accompanying graphic and downloadable materials. Each pass grants admission for one vehicle to the event, with no limit on the number of occupants per vehicle. Passes are issued on a per-car basis—for example, four passes allow entry for four vehicles at no cost. Each vehicle may have as many individuals inside
